I started PIQ out of a personal frustration. I loved coffee, but I didn’t love the anxiety, crashes, and mid-day slumps that came with it. Talking to friends, colleagues, and fellow students, I realised I wasn’t alone, this was a shared struggle.

Determined to find a solution, I discovered L-theanine, a natural amino acid that, when paired with caffeine, creates smooth, focused energy with no jitters or crashes. After months of researching ingredients, and testing it in my own coffee routine, I experienced steady, clear focus all day. I finally realised that this was something more than a personal hack, it was the start of PIQ.
