1. Pre-Order Shippinf Information

PIQ is currently available for pre-order, meaning you are reserving your product before it is shipped.

Deliveries are expected within the next few months.

There may be unforeseen delays due to production, shipping, or supply chain factors.
2. Refund Guarantee

If your pre-order is not delivered within 3 months of purchase, you are entitled to a full refund.

Refunds will be processed promptly through the original payment method.
3. Payment & Billing

Payment is collected at the time of pre-order.

Your payment is secure, and funds will be refunded if delivery is not fulfilled within the stated timeframe.

5. Shipping Methods & Costs

Domestic (New Zealand): NZ Post Tracked Parcel is the standard shipping method.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

For multiple bottles, larger courier bags or boxes may be used to ensure safe delivery.
6. Packaging & Safety

Each bottle is carefully packaged in a protective box with cushioning to prevent damage.

For multiple bottle orders, boxes and courier bags are appropriately sized.
7. Lost or Damaged Items

Inspect your package upon arrival.

Contact PIQ Customer Support at amber@addpiq.com if your parcel is lost or damaged. Claims will follow NZ Post and PIQ procedures.
8. Legal Compliance

All pre-orders and shipments comply with New Zealand consumer law, including the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986, protecting your right to receive goods as described or receive a refund if delivery is not fulfilled.
9. International Shipping
